Stunning Urban London Wedding {Part 1}

It's Real Wedding Time….Hurrah!

All real weddings have a special place in my heart and I value each and every one of them. But this is extra special because the photographer, Hannah, from Funky Photographers was our wedding photographer too! So when I look at these beautiful pictures I can just imagine Hannah joking away behind the camera, gently directing the couple and going to great lengths to get ‘the shot' even in her heavily pregnant state. Hannah is one of the busiest, hardest working people I know and the loveliest too!

Another reason I am so thrilled to be sharing this wedding is because it's an intimate London wedding at it's finest, with AMAZING shots of the couple and the bridal party in the city. I just love the hustle and bustle, the vibrant venue, the sensational purple palette. Not to mention a superbly stylish bride in her stunning Jenny Packham dress, a dapper groom in his grey suit and pinstripes and a touching ‘first look' moment caught on camera before the ceremony!

Here's Hannah to tell you a little bit more about the day:

Kelly & Martin had decided to do something really special before their ceremony and meet up first! There ceremony was not until late in the afternoon and they wanted to make sure we had enough light for all their funky street couple photographs! So we arranged them outside the venue and with two photographers were able to get their genuine reaction & excitement to seeing each other for the first time on their wedding day! It was super fun and emotional.

We then took a walk around the quirky streets where Kelly & Martin were treated by local shop owners with ice cream & truffles!! We also were able to get shots with the wedding party before the ceremony too!
