• A Nostalgic Train Station Engagement Shoot

    There is something so nostalgic and romantic about this engagement shoot by Jenelle Kappe Photography.

    Is it the grand train station?

    The trains and people whizzing by?

    The beautiful, vintage esque photography?

    Or the tenderness between the couple?

    I think it’s a combination of all the above that makes me absolutely ADORE these photos. I hope you do too.

    Jenelle explains a little about the shoot:

    Anthony and Theresa were a great couple to work with, they were up for anything I threw at them. We had so much fun shooting their engagement session in Hoboken {New Jersery}…I can not wait for their wedding.

    Thank you so much to Jenelle Kappe Photography. {Submitted via Two Bright Lights}

    Is it just me or are train stations one of the most romantic, dreamy places in photos but the least romantic in actuality?

    So cute, reminds me of the movies and bittersweet long distance love.

    Elizabeth you always feature the most beautiful engagement shoots – I always used to skip over e-shoots in my google reader to get to the pure wedding pretty, but now I always check yours because you showcase ones that are quirky and jam packed full of love!! Keep up the good work lovely :) (and of course a massive thumbs up to all of the wonderful photographers that shoot them)!! x x

    Glad you liked these beautiful photos as much as I did.

    Louise ~ you’re so right about it being reminiscent of old movies. x

    Such a lovely comment, Emma, thank you! That means a lot coming from a fellow blogger x

    Wow, these are so beautiful. The couple, the setting, the photography, it’s all just such a perfect fit, like you said.
