Hope you all had a wonderful long weekend.
Today I have the coolest, most laid back wedding to share with you. I was blown away by this wedding. Ben's heart hair is awesome and Katie is so effortlessly beautiful and full of life!
I adore these photojournalistic photos by Luke Eshleman Photography they are the perfect blend of vintage quirky and contemporary cool.
Here's Luke with his thoughts on the day:
The wedding was at Top of the Town in Arlington, VA just outside of Washington, DC. The ceremony was on a rooftop (it was about 104 degrees that day!) and we could had a great view of the fireworks from the National Mall.
Ben cut his own hair the night before the wedding and accidently botched it, so Katie turned the botched spot into a heart the morning of the wedding. It was pretty funny!
See what I mean? Such a cool wedding!
Katie and Ben have the most wonderful facial expressions: scrunched up smiles and full on belly laughs full of happiness in each other's company. It's beautiful.
