Tuesday Shoesday ~ TOMS Wedges

I’ve written about TOMS as wedding shoes before because I adore everything they stand for ~ the ‘one for one’ movement is wonderful {and they’re super comfy too}. Basically, when you buy a pair of TOMS shoes, a disadvantaged child receives their own pair of much needed shoes ~ hence ‘one for one’.

I’m always so happy to see brides wearing TOMS on their big day…

But I’m sure I’m not the only woman out there who would not feel dressed up enough on their wedding day in flat shoes! Even though this crochet pair are mighty pretty:

So I was absolutely thrilled to see that the charitable, amazing people behind TOMS have branched into wedges for those of us not blessed with the longest of limbs and the tallest of heights…Hurrah!

Admittedly they’re still casual but not as casual as a pair of flat TOMS and, as an added bonus, you’ve got your ‘something blue’ sorted by the label at the back!

I agree! I love seeing that brides wear TOMS on their wedding day! These are too cute! I own a pair of the wedges in blue – so adorable!

These are the cutest things, I have never seen a pair of high heeled Toms before today. However I am somewhat drawn to the
crochet pair for my wedding. I get married in the summer and I already have my shoes for the ceremony but as the reception is held outside I assume It might be quite difficult walking in the grass in heels and they might be the safer option after a few glasses of bubbly. Great recommendation, thank you!
