• A Chic Turquoise Wedding: Burlap, Pinwheels & Pearls

    Good morning,

    How are you? Hope you’re all getting on ok with the new features…? Change can be weird/scary at first, right?! {I’ll be busy updating the Film Club and Gallery as you read this!}

    Onto this morning’s sweet and chic DIY wedding photographed by one of my favourite photographers ~ the super talented, Natalie Spencer. {She was one of the first photographers to feature on Bridal Musings back when it was just a fledgling blog of 1 week old and she really is one of the most creative people I know~ cake-maker, stylist/photographer and DIY diva!}

    Mel and Matt’s wedding is bright, colourful and playful ~ I love the DIY pinwheels and burlap bunting, while turquoise is always a winner in my book. Natalie summed up their wedding day like this: Lots of laughs, sunshine and tons of love, it could not have been a more perfect day!

    That last shot is stunning ~ I hope they put it on the mantle piece and don’t you just love those fun group shots? For a second there I really did think the whole bridal party were jumping into the lake!

    Wishing Mel and Matt all the best, I hope you are always as happy as you look in that last photo!

    Thanks to Natalie for sharing her gorgeous photography with us, check out her website and blog for even more loveliness.
