Go Bananas! A Creative, Colourful & Unique Engagement Shoot
Let’s kick off the weekend with an outrageously fun, colourful and creative styled engagement shoot!
Who would have thought that bananas could be so inspiring? I love the sentiment of being ‘bananas for you’ and I can’t think of a more delightful way to spend an afternoon than creating {and sampling} chocolate covered bananas dipped in nuts and multi-coloured sprinkles! This shoot involved a lot of easily adaptable DIY projects, from the make shift wooden plank swing painted teal to the ribbon streamer backdrop and ‘bananas for you’ sign.

Danny and Kristen are college sweethearts who are adorably in love! Their joy and love for one another is infectious! When we started putting ideas together for their engagement shoot we wanted to incorporate their fun personalities and the bright colours that they are basing their wedding around {yellow and teal}. Lemons have been done over and over…so we chose to go with bananas. And ‘Bananas For You’ was born!
