• A Pure White Wedding Inspiration Shoot & A Beautiful Tattooed Bride

    Hello lovely readers,

I do hope you’re enjoying the Easter long weekend. Getting much wedding planning / prep done? Or simply having a well deserved break from it all and snaffling chocolate? If you’re with your family please give them a big squeeze for me. I’ve missed spending Easter Sunday with mine ~ really looking forward to a trip home to see them in a few weeks!

    Onto the inspiration…

What happens when you fill a pretty period room with a bunch of talented UK wedding industry creatives, a pure white wedding theme, and four fantastic photographers. Magic that’s what.

I found the concept of this shoot fascinating ~ it focuses on the same beautifully styled subjects but seen through the creative eyes of four different photographers. Each photographer has a unique perspective and style. Which is a very important aspect to consider when choosing your own wedding photographer. So sit back and enjoy the pretty. Times four.

Oh and as if that wasn’t enough, the lovely Anna (of Anna and The Ring awesomeness) is also sharing an edgy, rocker styled part of the same shoot on her shiny new blog, Far From The Wedding Crowd.

See what I mean? Such different photographic styles ~ each of them utterly gorgeous.

And it’s so refreshing to see a model bride with tattoos and piercings. I love that she’s wearing a traditional floaty, feminine wedding dress too, it’s such a beautiful contrast.

Want to see the shoot in action?

Here’s the behind the scenes video by Sam Jordan where you can get a peek at the other pretty parts of the shoot too. The password is ‘wedding':

Many thanks to the creative team behind this shoot for sharing it with us today. Don’t forget to head on over to Far from The Wedding Crowd for even more loveliness.

This is my favourite shoot of all I think, the white contrasting with the models tattoos and piercings is a different style for me and I think she’s beautiful. Our other model has such a strong stunning look and really suited the simple lines of the dress.
I just loved making two headpieces for this room, I’m such a magpie and the sparkle was fun to create! Thank you so much for featuring us Elizabeth you are so wonderful XxX

My pleasure, Natasha! I can see why this is one of your favourite shoots, the models look incredible – both with very different, striking looks. Your headpieces set off their features and the feminine dresses beautifully. xx

I love the tulle aline frock. So so gorgeous! I love the contrast with the tattooed model, such a stark change.

What a cool idea! It’s really interesting to see how four different photogs interpret the same subject!

Thank you for showing a shoot with a tattooed bride!  I have sleeves and a chest piece and plan to show mine off at my wedding.  Lovely shoot!

Lovely! The contrast between the tattoos and simple, almost weightless, dress is amazing. Only shame is the model is not standing straight in any of the pictures – she has a hunched back in every single one of them…
