Blue & Yellow Burlap Wedding by Tres Creative Film & Photo

I just love it when I get to share the photos and film from a beautiful wedding day and thanks to the talented TréCreative Film And Photo, who specialise in visual storytelling, that's just what I'm doing today!

Brittany and Cody's blue, yellow and burlap wedding at Creek Haven Vineyard Estate in California, was a rustic, romantic and emotional affair. There were love letters, secret journals, jars full of memories and tears of joy before the couple even had their first look. (Which is one of the sweetest I've seen!)

Be inspired by the fresh lemon colour palette, stripy straws, tinted blue jars filled with hydrangea and rustic chic burlap bows tied to every chair back.

From the bride…

Sometimes things just feel like they're meant to happen. Only weeks within dating, I knew that I was going to marry Cody [hear their sweet conversation about this in the film below]. As the early stages of our relationship played out, I began to keep a secret journal, writing to my future groom. On the wedding day, we were able to exchange notes and this very journal to one another. What a beautiful moment this was. Fighting tears back, I read Cody's love letter and we exchanged our gifts. Cody told me later that he too was holding back tears as he read the journal I had been keeping for so long.

I was shaking with excitement for Cody to see me in my white gown I had kept hidden for weeks prior. With giddy excitement, we made our way to the first look spot where those very tears we had been fighting back earlier now began to flow.
