Drum roll please…pinning fingers at the ready…

I am so excited and honoured to share a world exclusive first look at Berta‘s latest bridal collection with you all today.

Israeli bridal designer Berta's beautiful, figure hugging wedding dresses come with a guaranteed gasp as you walk down the aisle!

The thing I love most about this exquisite new winter collection is the play between demure, long sleeves and the sensual plunging necklines and low backs – a true celebration of femininity.

These dresses and these images are nothing short of breath taking.

As there's far too much gorgeousness to squeeze into one post, I'm going to share the collection in three parts.

So stayed tuned for even more beautiful wedding gowns from Berta.

Photographed in Northern Italy, in an ancient villa from the 16th century, the inspiration for Berta's winter 2014 collection was drawn greatly by the original use of the place – Western Europe of the 15th and 16th centuries.

Under Berta's interpretation, you'll find similarity to those days in the use of complex fabrics, long sleeves and dramatic long trains. The added value in Berta's interpretation is the sensuality her designs are so well known for: lots of plunging necklines, open backs and figure hugging silhouettes.

It's easy to recognize Berta's fingerprints in each and every design: The cut, the fabrics and of course the seaming, those are all of the highest quality, and unlike any other. The use of pearls and unique laces also gives the collection a distinctive vintage touch and timeless elegance.

Check out the Berta website for more information on pricing, stockists and trunk shows. And stay tuned for Part 2 and Part 3 for even more gorgeousness!
