This Christmas engagement shoot is such fun, I just couldn't resist it.
Ashley Garret of Life in the Sunset styled a cosy, winter scene in the Malibu sunshine!
There's a retro camper van in the perfect shade of mint, traditional Christmas decor such as pine cones, a fir tree and fairy lights juxtaposed with Southwest style props – the deer skull on the camper van door, Navajo-style blankets, a trapper's hat, feathered headdress and even a teepee!

It's great to see Jason and Carlee having such fun with their engagement shoot plus adore their co-ordinating outfits and matching boots. You just know they've used one of these awesome shots as their holiday card, right?!

We set out to create a fun, unique feel for this glamping inspired shoot. This real couple (Jason + Carlee) love anything outdoors and adventurous! A day hike and camping was perfect for them. From getting wrapped up in love (aka Holiday lights), drinking out of custom hot cocoa mugs, to lounging in their cozy teepee with their adorable puppy, Emmy, these two really brought the glamour to this campground. They loved the idea of having a 70s retro vibe campsite for their engagement shoot that they could actually enjoy after, so that's what we did. Nothing better than a night under Malibu's starry sky…
