We've got big dreams here at Bridal Musings.

Over the last three years we've gone from a personal blog, set up by self-confessed wedding addict, Elizabeth, to a fully fledged wedding inspiration go-to site, and now, with our new editor, Claire, we hope the next 12 months will see even bigger and brighter things for the blog, and our fabulous readers.

But we're going to let you in on a little secret.

At the start of this year, Elizabeth wrote down a Bridal Musings bucket list; her ultimate wish list of ambitions for the blog.

And top of the list? Win a Wedding Blog Award! *

The Wedding Blog Awards are all about recognising and celebrating wedding blogs and the passionate blogger's behind them.

There are so many wedding blogs out there inspiring couples everyday, it would be a dream come true to even be nominated for one of these coveted awards from one the UK's most loved bridal magazines, Wedding Magazine in association with legendary London hotel, The Savoy.

And, if you have a minute to spare, you can help us!

Each week we have the marvellous privilege of showcasing talented vendors, sifting through stunning photographs, swooning over glorious wedding gowns, fawning over beautiful blooms, drooling over delicious wedding cakes, and freaking out over pretty paper goods.

We champion photographers and film makers, we make a big deal of the little details, and we feature real advice from real couples.

We're in love with love!

We want you to be able to celebrate your wedding day in a way that's “quintessentially you” and endeavour to bring you guys the most chic and unique wedding ideas, to help you do just that.

And we hope (with our fingers crossed as tightly as possible!) that we manage to advise, amuse, and most importantly, inspire, our readers with everything we do.

But we couldn't do what we do if we didn't have the support of our amazing readers.

So if you enjoy what we do here at Bridal Musings, we would be massively thankful, eternally grateful, and utterly honoured if you could help make our dreams come true, and nominate Bridal Musings for the Wedding Blog Awards 2014.

All you have to do is fill in the (very short) nomination form here – Wedding Magazine will enter everyone who nominates into a draw to win diamonds, yep, diamonds! – and the nominations close on Thursday June 26th.

You can vote more than once and there's lots of categories to choose from, such as Best Wedding Inspiration, Best Real Weddings and Best Designed Wedding Blog so don't forget to spread the love around all your favourite wedding blogs.

We're going to nominate our faves too, though it'll be very hard to whittle it down from all the inspiring blogs that we frequent on a daily basis!

We'll keep you posted on how we get on. But in the meantime, keep your fingers (and toes) crossed for us too!

* Editor's Note – Elizabeth was very nervous about sharing that and would rather have kept it a secret, tucked away in her notebook like all her other goals and dreams but Claire's take on it all is that sometimes you have to be brave and ‘put what you want out there into the universe'. Elizabeth listened. So here we are. Eeek!

While we're sharing, tell us, what's on your Bucket List?
