We just love engagement shoots.
There might not be a big white dress, a three tiered wedding cake, or a plethora of peonies, but sometimes when a location is this gorgeous, and a couple are this in love, all you need are reams of natural light and a great photographer to make some magic happen.
Ivette and Eddie's simple yet stylish California engagement shoot was photographed by Maria Longhi Photography, along with Jenna Petersen Photography as second shooter.
The pair stepped in after Ivette and Eddie's original photographer for their engagement and wedding became ill, and they've done an incredible job.
A couple with a shared love of The Notebook, Ivette and Eddie's gorgeous engagement was captured at one of the locations of the film, (yep, that beach scene), the perfect backdrop for some sweet moments and stunning images.

Ivette and Eddie met at work. They work for a very large company in LA. Eddie is in charge of many employees but it did not keep him from noticing Ivette. Her smile and beautiful eyes captured his heart immediately.
It took a while before Eddie asked Ivette out on their first date.Eddie captured Ivette's heart with his kind, gentle and romantic way.
On their date they both shared their love for the movie The Notebook…they have been inseparable ever since.
