We’re closing out the week back on the farm, with a sweet real wedding that’s got lots of pretty details.

Courtney & Ryan married with a romantic outdoor ceremony at Pheasant Run Farm Bed & Breakfast in Pennsylvania, close to the Appalachian Trail. The scenic venue was the perfect setting for their intimate celebration, complete with gorgeous garden backdrops, a rustic reception space, and some pretty cute horses!

Their day, photographed beautifully by Bekah Kay Creative, was adorned in florals, paper lanterns, ribbons, chic signage and just lots of love (you really can see the joy in these pictures!).

With plenty of touches to borrow for your own big day, from the bridal party style, to the emotional father-daughter first look, this wedding is just sweet and smile-inducing from start to finish.

Ryan & Courtney’s wedding was a sweet and intimate gathering of their close family and friends.

Just under a hundred people for the guest list, they gathered at the beautiful Pheasant Run Farm B&B for a warm and sunny June wedding.

They had a small family filled bridal party in blush pink and green tones that were also accented in the gorgeous florals.

Courtney not only shared a sweet and intimate first look with her groom but also had a first look with her father which was very emotional and tender.

Some other things they loved about the ceremony was their handwritten vows, both mothers lighting a unity candle to signify the joining of the families, and a beautiful string quartet playing in the background to set the tone.

Ryan & Courtney put together many special DIY decorations and details throughout the day.

They had hand-made directional signs, showing guests where to be, handmade tissue poms that hung from trees and around ceremony site, made wands for the guests to wave in celebration at the end of the ceremony and other miscellaneous detail spread throughout the day.

They also incorporated some special heirlooms in the wedding décor and celebrations. Courtney had her grandfather’s engineering pin in on the inside of her dress to keep his memory close as well as some special pins on the lace around her bouquet.

Ryan also gifted her a surprise necklace the morning of the wedding that very special because it held the diamond from his mother’s engagement ring.

The bride and groom were smitten with each other and you could see them stealing glances across the room, holding each other close, and just so comfortable in their deep love for one another.

The reception in the Pheasant Room was filled with stone walls, wood beams, and string twinkle lights that made the celebration feel very cozy.

One of my favorite moments during the reception was when toasts and special dances were given in the parents honor and that recognized and thanked them for all that they had done in the bride and grooms’ lives.

It was a special day to be a part of!
