Photographed by Hope Helmuth & planned by La Rue Events, this ornate mansion wedding inspiration comes to us from an unlikely place – outside the hustle & bustle of Philadelphia. We’ve got a little thing for old-world-style wedding spaces that are hidden throughout the Northeast USA, and we’re excited to spoil Pennsylvania brides & grooms with this new venue discovery in Strawberry Mansion.

Even if you don’t plan to marry in Philly, there’s plenty of inspiration to pin to your Pinterest boards! South Asian brides will adore the glimmering gold outfit & jewels. The wardrobe choices are all so understated and all so gorgeous. And of course, we can’t forget the creative ceremony altar. Lush pastel florals and greenery adorn a unique crescent moon altar.

Strawberry Mansion is a romantic location for a lush garden wedding. The historic estate is nestled in Fairmont Park just outside the hustle and bustle of Philadelphia. It is a quiet oasis with a nod to 18th-century elegance. The mansion is quite literally a soft shade of strawberry pink.

Our images were inspired by the pastel colors of spring. La Rue Events and Hope Helmuth Photography wanted to create an old-world tea party wedding.

Our South Asian bride modeled custom designs by The Little Black Bow. These pieces brought a contemporary yet refined theme to the day. The embroidery details elevated the magical scene.

RAM Florals designed a whimsical moon crescent arch for the ceremony scene. Our florist kept the garden theme going by weaving colorful florals around white candelabras.

This wonderful vendor team came together to create a timeless & beautiful story.
