Good morning,

How was your weekend?

Zee surprised me with dinner at Gauchos, a delicious Argentinean steak restaurant and bar, for our date on Saturday. Then Sunday was spent with our wonderful friends and family. I really enjoyed showing a friend who's visiting from Singapore around the West End. China Town was positively buzzing due to the new year celebrations ~ Happy New Year to my Chinese readers!

Onto the pretty and today I'm whisking you away to Tuscany for a cool, quirky and oh so fun purpled hued wedding. Giulia and Matteo incorporated lots of DIY details into their wedding from the eclectic, colourful florals to the charming wedding decor which consisted of recycled jars, vases, stamped paper, doilies and ribbons. Giulia's bouquet was made by a friend and included a fig from Guilia's family garden. How lovely is that?

Hurrah for short haired brides, purple suede shoes, chalkboard signs, DIY flowers and dancing the night away, Italian style…

After the ceremony, the bride and groom took a wander around the local town where talented photographer, Cinzia Bruschini took some brilliantly quirky shots!

Congratulations Giulia and Matteo!

Many thanks to Cinzia Bruschini for sharing these gorgeous photos with us.
