I recently did a post on Monsoon's Bridal Collection and Becca, a Bridal Musings reader, commented that she had heard Coast was launching a bridal line. I found this very exciting! {I also thought it's about bloomin' time!}
Coast have long been the go to stores for glamourous occasion wear on the high street, including bridesmaids and mother of the bride outfits. So this much anticipated collection had a lot to live up to…and it sure did, it's absolutely GORGEOUS!
The dresses range from a very reasonable £295-£550 and you can buy accessories such as fascinators, veils and jewellery from as little as £20!
There's vintage looks, modern and fashion forward looks, pleats, delicate flower embellishments, sparkle, feathers, ruffles, flowing fabrics, Grecian asymmetry, silks, tulles, structured bodices and raised hemlines…
Anyway enough of my fabric ramblings…onto the dresses!
The dresses are stunning…my favourite is the pleated Morelle.
And there's something for everyone. {Well almost everyone.} There's not a big pouffy Disney princess dress in sight-this is Coast after all, synonymous with grown up glamour and slim fitting silhouettes.
On a different note altogether, the styling of these images is perfect. I yearn to be an auburn haired bride with a bouquet of rich velvety roses and striking red lipstick!
