This beautiful engagement shoot has had me dreaming about peach and pale blue wedding colour schemes ever since I first saw these gorgeous photos by Abbey of AK Studio & Design.
I think these are some of the most perfect engagement outfits I've ever seen!

We had been planning this engagement session out at Antelope Island forever but we kept having the worst weather and had to keep rescheduling. The spring in Utah is so unpredictable, so every day is a gamble. Finally we got to the point that we were running out of time and so it was do or die! The weather was so-so the day we had picked out for their session, but over the island all day there were these big puffy clouds and clear blue skies so we decided to chance it.
Then, of course, right as we were getting out there these huge clouds started rolling in and the wind started. It was by far the most windy session I have ever done and I could totally tell that the bride was stressing. But after she saw the proofs she was in love! The colors of their outfits and the gorgeous scenery just came together so perfectly! And thank goodness we were able to trick the wind a little bit to make it all come together.
Don't you just love the natural locations and those beautiful, loved up moments between Kaci and Brant? I think the wind only added to the romance.
