* It makes me think of a vegetarian friend of mine at secondary school who decided that she didn't want to wear leather shoes anymore. As a result, she would rock up everyday in this heinous faux leather pair that looked like my nan's orthopedic shoes. Back then, vegetarian shoes weren't readily available and the ones that were, well those shoes still haunt my nightmares.
The moral of the story is, thank goodness for eco conscious designers like Lindee Daniel who don't just think about the type of fabrics used and all the practical stuff but also consider the beauty, style and grace of each piece. Her gowns are not just eco chic but eco couture!
