Happy Valentine’s Day gorgeous readers!
For today’s post, I thought it’d be fun to round up a few of my favourite V day appropriate wedding inspiration boards for your viewing pleasure…
#1 Hearts and Arrows Wedding Inspiration Board
A heart themed wedding is chic and kitsch while a red & white palette is always a winner in my book.
This board was actually a guest post for my friend Louise over at bloved weddings – if you haven’t checked out her blog yet, it’s a must read! She’s a wedding stylist and blogger with a penchant for all things pretty.

#2 Retro Pink & Black Wedding Inspiration Board
A stylish bride in a short and chic pink dress inspired this playful board. Plus who can resist candy floss, popcorn, tulle ruffles and polka dots?!

#3 Nudes & Neutrals Wedding Inspiration Board
Sometimes all the bright, garish colours of V day can get a little OTT so why not take a walk on the neutral side.

#4 CLASSIC LUXE, NUDE & MAROON WEDDING INSPIRATION
This board was part of a wedding inspiration board off I had last Valentine’s day.
This dreamy palette was inspired by a gilded stack of vintage side plates piled high with dark, juicy cherries.

#5 MODERN BLACK, WHITE & PINK WEDDING INSPIRATION
Black & white is as chic as they come but can lack a certain ‘je ne sais quais’ without an accent colour. So why not add a flash of vibrant, deep pink tones into the mix for a modern take on a classic palette?

#6 Hope your day is full of kisses…
So which is your favourite board? I’d love to hear in the comments below!
Oh and just for fun, here’s my first ever Valentine’s day post on Bridal Musings, three years ago.
I shared a little story about my first awkward Valentine’s day with Zee and I created a dodgy Anti Valentine’s Day inspiration board that I can’t even bring myself to post here. (Dying inside right now.)
Those of you who have blogs, will understand the total cringe factor when looking back on your first few posts. But hey, we’ve all got to start somewhere right?!
Be sure to join me over the weekend for a bumper post filled to the brim with YOUR real and romantic proposal stories!
(So sorry I wasn’t able to feature them today as planned, it’s taken much longer than anticipated to put the post together.)
