Are you dreaming of a destination desert escape?
Today we have the first of two Dubai wedding inspiration shoots by Maria Sundin Photography.
Both of which will leave you utterly inspired.
While the next one (which we'll share in a few weeks' time) features luxe Arabian details and exotic tones, today's shoot, styled by Lace in the Desert and Fortuitous Events has a pared back, shipwrecked feel.
Perfect for a Middle Eastern elopement or intimate dinner.
Adorned with light nautical details, and featuring some of Dubai's finest wedding vendors, this shoot has two wedding feast set-ups that would entice any couple looking for a destination celebration with a difference.
We love the idea of a picnic among the driftwood, with light canvas billowing in the breeze, messages in bottles as centrepieces, (such a good idea for favours too!) an abundance of candles, and cushions dotted about the sand.
For more formal dining, think plush purple and blue tones, hardy thistles, and silver seashells to add a luxe feel to the nautical vibes.

As for the style, shipwrecked chic is all about blending the high end with the effortless, breezy chiffons with sumptuous lace, and bare feet with blazers.
We love it!
Isn't it dreamy – just so elegant and effortless. Yet another romantic and versatile example of weddings in Dubai. Keep your eyes peeled for the Arabian nights inspiration, coming soon.
Thanks so much to Maria Sundin, Lace in the Desert, Fortuitous Events and their team of awesome Dubai wedding vendors for sharing this chic shoot.
