Oh, this collection is a pretty one!

Ivy & Aster is a wedding dress collection we look out for every season. Their shows are always a little bit different, but it's their gowns that we really adore, with a signature style that's feminine, whimsical and romantic, without shunning the latest trends.

And this year's collection, Through the Flowers, has all of that, and then some.

Incorporating one of our favourite trends, watercolour wedding dresses, along with others like illusion panels, backless styles, bridal separates, and crop tops, this collection also boasts classic elements like flowing skirts, delicate floral lace, sweetheart necklines, and soft tulle.

Their bridal showcase was inspired by the theme of #FieldToFancy, we'll hand you over to the team at Ivy & Aster to tell us more about it…

From the Fashion House

Imagine taking a stroll through the most lovely of gardens and a dream-filled wedding taking place among the flowers.  This independent, free-spirited line draws inspiration from wistful storytelling.

This season Ivy & Aster embarks on a very special and unique collaboration with Kristy Rice of Monumental Design.

Among the collection of silk and lace creations, two special dresses and one jacket separate feature custom watercolor print silk chiffon with flowers painted by Kristy Rice. The fabric features bouquets of roses and foliage in soft blush, rose and peach highlighted with mint leaves.

“We are thrilled to offer brides such a unique option for her dress, it is like wearing a floral bouquet but in a soft and subtle way,” founder and designer Jessica Brown says. “Our collection is inspired by all things floral and the beauty that flowers symbolize in weddings, so why not be adventurous and let your dress also speak the ‘Language of Flowers'?

Ivy & Aster brides know what makes them feel beautiful and these dresses will let the bride be radiant on her wedding day.”
