Boho brides rejoice! We have an incredible new collection to share from Tara Lauren; get ready to ooh and ahh over Ember Dusk.

The entire collection is a refreshing, updated take on the usual dreamy, boho styles. Just as soft and ethereal, in Ember Dusk we find a sexier, perhaps more “Nashville city girl” country romance. Find floral details, usually prevalent in bohemian designs, emboldened by 3-D embellishments. Illusion panels create luxuriously low necklines, adding a bit more “couture” to your country look.

We’ve got our eye on the simple, silky, flutter sleeve v-neck gown. We can imagine dancing the night away to bluegrass tunes and throwing that straw boat hat into the crowd at dawn.

The Tara Lauren aesthetic is romantic luxe bohemian, keeping with that soft whimsical bohemian style and spirit and presenting it in a modern and luxurious way.

In the Spring 2018 collection, Ember Dusk, you will find a lot of mixed layered laces, bold lace patterns over soft chantilly lace, 3-D floral textures, and soft silk crepes and embroidered tulles.

We visited Napa over the summer and fell in love with all of these remote open fields and charming country estates, complete with the wrap around porch and big open windows that let in the warm breeze. Something about that setting felt so natural and grounded. We became intrigued with this idea of a country Americana take to our romantic boho aesthetic.

This season we’ve brought back that modern romantic aesthetic with a sexier, country bluegrass influence. You will find sweet romantic touches like our signature billowy bishop sleeves and soft touches of flutters, ruffles and dainty off shoulder details in our Ember Dusk collection. As well as sexy sleek illusion necklines and open backs. We love to keep our gowns light and airy with the materials we use, “light enough to dance in” is always what we say. The bride can feel comfortable and completely herself wearing our gowns throughout the ceremony to dancing all night.

The Tara Lauren bride is uncompromising and stays true to her personal style. She wants to reflect and accentuate and celebrate that spirit unique to her own especially on her wedding day.
