Has your Instagram feed been inundated with starry gowns, moon pins, and other celestial wonders?

I am not complaining. Ever since Bridal Fashion Week we've watched star motifs move from decor boldly onto fashion. From jewelry to wedding dresses, lighting ideas to ceremony readings, we have plenty of starry wedding inspiration to help you incorporate this twinkly trend into your big day.

We all have our special connection to the stars. My fiancé and I got engaged on a sparsely populated isle in The Cyclades. After I said yes and the sun set, the Autumn sky was so dark, and so void of light pollution, we could see the Milky Way for the first time in ages. (The only stars visible in NYC's endless nights are the likes of Beyonce and Sarah Jessica Parker.)

The next time I ever see such an incredible night sky, I bet I'll remember that feeling.

From Rue de Seine's “Moonlight Magic” to Alexandra Grecco's “Stardust”, star motifs were not only found fluttering down Bridal Fashion Week runways, but the celestial wonders served as overall inspiration for many bridal collections. If you're a star, you should stand out from the crowd, and these starry gowns are certainly for the bold bride.

The pièce de résistance, this Willowby by Watters gown just needs to be seen in motion.

Beyond the gowns, stars found their ways onto accessories (and fabulous capes!), for the demure bride who just wants a twinkling of the trend.

I'm thinking of throwing some star lanterns onto our string lights and maybe a star inspired reading from The Little Prince, there will be plenty of stars in Mexico (details on that soon!) We can't wait to see who else jumps onto this stunning trend!
