Australian wedding dress designers have serious cool-bride game. I’m so thankful bridal salons in the States (and abroad) stock a number of Aussie gowns because otherwise, my top wedding expense would surely be shopping down under. Today’s relaxed gowns and hip floral inspiration come from Anastasia Fua and Prea James in Australia, and it’s giving me even more bridal envy.
Fellow Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy bride muses, (and bridechillas, too!) will likely be quickly googling “where can I buy a Prea James wedding dress” after this post. Her relaxed, fashion-forward, silk gowns are lust-worthy. I can only imagine how comfortable each gown is, and I want them all (can I just wear them every day?!) The silhouettes are ultimately modern and the little details catch your eye – like peacock lace, so rad!
And what does a Prea James bride need? A super cool, neutral toned floral wall of course! We imagine this dried palm filled beauty for a ceremony backdrop in a cool gallery wedding, or even as an ultra-chic photobooth station.
