When planning my wedding, I really just wanted it to be FUN; fun and relaxing. In the end, that’s exactly what it was.

– Lyndsey, the bride

I love that fun was at the top of Lyndsey and David's list when it came to their rustic wedding – every beautiful photo by Victoria Greener Photography simply radiates happiness. They both look like they're having the best day EVER – which, I'm pretty sure they were!

Just wait till you see Lyndsey's chic up ‘do and elegant lace dress, the many goofy faces of David, the little white chapel and cute rustic cabins of Still Water Hollow in Idaho, the bridesmaids in nudes and pinks with clusters of different white flowers in each of their bouquets, barefoot flower girls handing out sprigs of baby's breath on their way down the aisle and David's adorable son, Trace as ‘ring security'.

But sweetest of all, Lyndsey's grandparents celebrated their 65th anniversary that day and shared a special dance.

 Favourite Memory

My favorite memory from that day was the first look with my husband. We chose to have it before the ceremony to allow plenty of time for pictures. I remember I was so nervous, all the way up to the moment before I saw him. At that moment, time seemed to stand still and all was right with the world.

 The Photography

I am so glad that I hired the photographer that I did, Victoria was just perfect. She did not miss a single thing that day and she went above and beyond what she needed to. And now, I can look at all of the stunning photos that she took and remember the day for what it was: beautiful.

 The Ceremony

At the ceremony, Lyndsey and David put letters they had written to each other into a box and nailed it shut. Later in life, they will open it back up and read the letters.

 Decor & Details

Major Events decorated and set up everything for the ceremony and reception. Their team showed up bright and early and took care of it all; from the tables and chairs to the centrepieces and bouquets. Their work was flawless; it looked exactly the way I wanted it to, maybe even better.

 Advice For Other Couples

Every wedding is going to have its fair share of things that don’t go as planned, and mine was no exception. Of course, I do have some advice for all the brides-to-be out there: don’t procrastinate. I know that’s what everyone says, but believe it or not, this process can be relatively stress-free! So long as you allow yourself enough time to adequately plan the wedding of your dreams.

Congratulations Lyndsey and David!

Maybe in 65 years time you'll be dancing together at your grandchild's wedding.

Many thanks to Victoria Greener Photography for brightening up our day with these beautiful, joy filled photos.
