There's something so dreamy about a beach wedding.
Whether it's somewhere exotic and glamorous, or a little more local and rustic, beach weddings are a blank canvas for adding your own personal style to your day.

A few weeks back, our awesome guest writer Lexi of Glitter Inc, brought us her stylish edit of beach wedding dresses. Bohemian maxis might be the beachwear du jour, but chic short dresses and stunning gowns with a touch of sparkle, are also gorgeous options for your big day at the beach.
Likewise with jewellery, you can make a bold statement with Grecian-style adornments, or play it natural with sand and sea shell inspired pieces.

But footwear is where it gets a bit tricky. High heels just won't work on the sand, and flip flops or sandals may not have quite enough elegance to go with your dress.
And then we clapped eyes on these incredible anklets from Grace Loves Lace.
And (well, for a few minutes anyway) we forgot all about Louboutins and Choos, and started swooning over barefoot brides instead.

So gorgeous, don't you think? The fresh flowers are really beautiful, and I just love the big ribbons on the back of the anklets, it really makes them extra special and wedding-worthy.
