Splashed in luscious burgundy & rich purple this Hindu fusion wedding in Indiana is beyond beautiful.
“We wanted to incorporate both sides of our heritage,” says bride Abbey. So the couple went to work with their wedding planner Emily Ventura to create a day that seemed authentic to both of their families, and themselves as a couple.
As said by their talented photographer, Danielle Harris, anyone planning a multicultural wedding day could take a note or two from Abbey and Verun. From the photos alone we can see how seamlessly the couple embraced both their Hindu & Western cultures and traditions into a colorful, joyous event.
Our good friend Nova of Nu Bride recently shared with us a number of ways to add culture into your wedding day, and Abbey and Verun make such a great example of using clothing & color to show off their different heritages. First, in a beautiful long sleeve white wedding dress for the ceremony, Abbey then stunned us all in a luxurious burgundy sari that sparkled into the night.
