All our favorite brands were not available there. This only confirmed what we already thought, which is that we need to bring the best of modern bridal to Scandinavia this year!”

We are thrilled to announce that Annika Noordzij – the owner of one of the world’s most fashionable bridal salons Wild At Heart Bridal – is teaming up with The Dress Tribe to bring her unrivaled sense of style to Swedish brides from November 20th to December 20th, 2020.

The Dress Tribe – a matchmaking tool that helps you find your dream wedding dress – Annika and her talented husband Jeroen Noordzij (who just so happens to be one of our favorite photographers) styled this stunning editorial to preview what their Gothenburg brides have to look forward to.

Showing off many of our favorite gowns for 2020 & 2021 brides, the editorial inspires with modern, pared-down styling. Matching fashion-forward gowns with one or two statement accessories: dotted veils, modern pearls, gold earrings, oversized hats and lucite heels.

Together with The Dress Tribe, a global curated bridal dress designer and retailer directory, we will showcase the best of bridal fashion to the brides of Scandinavia and beyond for an exclusive one month pop up from November 20th until December 20th. Brides will be able to try on gowns from the finest fashion-forward bridal brands including the likes of Rime Arodaky, Rue de Seine and Bo & Luca. Never before has a pop-up of this kind showcased so many amazing global designers.

Minimal slips, flowing silky gowns and bohemian, glam gowns will feature amongst the carefully curated selection of dresses on offer. To discover each designer, brides can visit the Wild At Heart x The Dress Tribe pop-up and find more information on the Wild At Heart Bridal website.

To promote the pop-up in a way that it will speak to the brides of Scandinavia, we wanted to showcase a selection of our gowns in the stunning Scandinavian landscapes of the Gothenburg archipelago. We wanted to bring modern design and raw landscapes together in one photoshoot to truly capture the heart of the pop-up and of our gowns.

We joined forces with Jeroen Noordzij Photography, an expert in capturing the true feeling of a setting and could not be happier with the results. We shot the full morning session at a stunning architectural house on the island of Bränno in the Gothenburg Archipelago to create modern lines in a natural environment. For the evening session, we used the rocky coast of the island and were treated to a magical sunset! The combination of these two settings perfectly captured the Scandinavian vibes that we were looking for and I think you cannot help but agree, these designer gowns belong in Scandinavia!
