Happy Saturday folks – can you believe it's November already?

We'll have lots of gorgeous leafy, pumpkin-laced fall inspiration coming up over the next few weeks, but for today, we're taking it back to the start of the summer, with Sophie and James' beautiful Devon and Cornwall wedding film.

Captured by the incredible Ray McShane Films, who has a talent for capturing beautiful moments and atmospheric lighting, this stunning wedding by the sea was a romantic and personal celebration.

Along with Sophie's stunning dress, the couple's picturesque location, and James' adorable speech, we fell hard for the poignant and special words from Sophie's mother as the film begins.

You were eachother's distant shore, the opposite wings of a bird, the other halves of a sea shell…

We're welling up just thinking about it!

Before you look (and maybe tear up a bit!) at this stunning film, we'll let Sarah from Ray McShane Films, tell us a little more about Sophie and James' beautiful big day.

Sophie & James picked June for their wedding and the weather didn’t disappoint.

The wedding was held at multiple locations starting at Buckland Tout-Saints Hotel for the bridal preparations followed by Wembury Church overlooking the sea for the emotional ceremony and finally onto Cornwall for the reception.

It was a gorgeous sunny day that ended with the wedding party cooling off in the sea at Polhawn Fort.

Sophie’s dress was customised especially for her, she changed the neckline and elongated the train to make it one of a kind and she looked utterly stunning in it.

Isn't it special – I love looking at beautiful photography, but there's something about wedding films that always choke me up.

P.S. James made the wedding cake with his mum – how sweet is that? We think it might be a Bridal Musings first!

Thanks so much to Ray McShane Films, and of course the gorgeous Sophie and James for sharing their wonderful wedding film.

Head to our Film Gallery for more love on film.
