We do love a little decadence here at Bridal Musings.
Swanky surroundings, luxe decorations, rich hues, and abundant adornments – all of it makes for beautiful wedding inspiration.
Whether you’re getting married in a grand palace, a formal garden, or a country manor, or even if you’re celebrating somewhere a little more simple and want to give it a lavish touch, prepare to be inspired with elegant tablescaping, abundant blooms, and pretty paper goods.
Scroll down to swoon over the shoot, but first up, read more about it from stylist, Chiara Sernesi of Weddings in Tuscany…
From the Event Designer
The inspiration for the shoot came from the location, a beautiful baroque villa located in Lucca.
With its lawns, its ornamental flowers, forest plants, and earthenware pots of lemon trees, that accompany the monumental string of 18th century statues depicting the deities of Greek Olympus and the Four Seasons, the Palazzo Pfanner garden, ascribed to the genius of Filippo Juvarra, represents an excellent example of a baroque garden laid out in the heart of medieval Lucca.
I designed the style of this glamorous shoot keeping in mind the sumptuousness of the venue. I’m a creative, visual person , and love to style and design shoot. For decor, we used gold and burgundy that matched perfectly with the style of the villa. We added some more details to make the shoot more unique.
With this bunch of great people, the shoot turned out to be amazing; The creative florist, Stiatti Fiori, who created the perfect blooms, the talented photographer, Olga Makarova’s eyes that captured each detail, the experienced make-up and hair artist, Silvia Gerzeli, who made the perfect look, and our the bride and groom models, who look so great in their outfits.
It was such a dream come true to work with so many amazing vendors to create this perfect shoot!
