Today's post is half anniversary shoot, half wedding inspiration and all gorgeous.
Destiny & Zachery are a couple who've been married three years but didn't get a chance to have their perfect wedding pictures first time 'round.
So, the talented ladies at Bixby & Pine created a beautiful backdrop for them to have a second chance at capturing some special shots.
And with Anna Peters Photography behind the lens, that's just what they got.
Geometric wedding decor is a trend that's been lingering for a while, and is such a cool way to add a modern and minimal feel to your wedding.
For this shoot, the team paired himmeli shapes with a rough and ready picnic set-up, bright rustic table styling and the most gorgeous orange blooms. (Note to self: Icelandic poppies are my new favourite flower!).

This couple got married almost three years ago when the bride was eight months pregnant! They only have a few photos from their wedding and we knew we wanted to do something to change that!
We teamed with Anna Peters to create a beautiful updated boho themed shoot for this real life couple.
We used bright oranges and yellows to contrast with the woodsy Pacific Northwest backdrop. The entire gallery is shot solely on film giving it a rustic and authentic feeling.
The couple exuded emotion throughout the entire shoot and the groom even got a little emotional, it was so precious to witness!
The florals featured Icelandic poppies as well as handmade himmeli on the table, cake and ceremony backdrop.
Those flowers! I'm in love with Destiny's make-up too, and I always love it when a bride shows off her tattoos with her choice of wedding dress. I'm so glad this sweet couple got some gorgeous pictures at last (FYI that's such a good idea if you're not happy with your wedding photos!)
