• Romantic Headpieces & Accessories By Enchanted Atelier Inspired By Anne Of Green Gables

It’s such a pleasure to feature Enchanted Ateliers romantic, hand crafted, Spring/Summer 2013 Accessories and Headpieces Collection.

Enchanted by name, enchanting by nature ~ these exquisite pieces were inspired by the beautiful imagery of Downton Abbey, John Waterhouse’s Pre-Raphealite paintings, and creative director, Liv Hart’s childhood love for Anne of Green Gables.

A girl after my own heart! Just the mere mention of Anne of Green Gables and I can’t help but recite the last few lines of The Lady Of Shalott…and long for ‘strawberry blonde’ hair.

Liv explains: There is something about these stories and images that allow you to get swept away into a poetic way of life.  I hope that my collection provides this same moment for each bride that selects them to complete her look.

    Time to get swept away…

Liv shares a little bit more about Enchanted Ateliers beautiful designs:

Our designs feature hand-loomed French lace made in Caudry, France by famed French lace house Maison Sophie Hallette, hand-sewn lace gloves made by our master glove maker , hand pressed silk petals and leaves, and hand riveted delicate filigree metalwork.  We offer a unique hand-crafted design to each of our clients created by a group of master artisans.

Beauty, grace and romance abound in every single image.

I know it’s a hard decision but which piece from this collection is your favourite?

The delicate lace Dauphine gloves have stolen my heart as have the vintage inspired, lace cap veils ~ I love the idea of using a halo headpiece over the top of a veil as above with the Gabriella Halo and Veil.
