When we were planning our wedding, I often lamented the fact that we weren't getting married in a Tuscan villa, with an outdoor feast, olive leaf decor and an abundance of wine from the vineyard next door.
But the truth is, coming up with ideas for how you want your wedding to look and feel is actually the hard part. Once you have a vision, anything is possible, and that's what today's inspiration shoot is all about.
Jillian Joseph Photography dreamed up a Tuscan wedding that was attainable for couples in the US. And she created just that, with some talented vendors, some imagination, and a beautiful backdrop, not quite in Florence… but in Florida.
Featuring dreamy style, gorgeous table decor and elegant calligraphy, there are a lot of ideas to pinch from the shoot.
But if you only take one thing, let it be that you can throw a Spanish fiesta in London, a Southern BBQ bash on an NYC rooftop, or indeed a Italian-style soiree, on a ranch in the States.

From the Photographer
I have dreamed of this understated-elegance, romantic, Tuscan-inspired editorial shoot for months prior to finally being able to have all the details come together in order to create this shoot.
There are so many brides who love the look of European weddings because they tend to be focused on food, drinks, and people in an elegant setting that isn't overdone.
That's exactly what we were striving to recreate, so we could show brides how they can recreate that same look and feel, right here in the States.
So gorgeous, right? I love how they went to such lengths, from the table styling to the desserts, to get the vibe just right. The fine art feel of the linens and the calligraphy really set it off.
Thanks so much to Jillian Joseph Photography and the rest of these talented vendors, for sharing their Tuscan (via Tampa) wedding inspiration with us.
