Often we (and bridal stylist) use these dichotomies to quickly find your perfect gown. But what if you love it all? Cue Limor Rosen‘s latest Bridal Couture White Sparrow wedding dress collection.
It's no secret the Israeli wedding designer world has a handle on couture – Berta giving us crazy sexy silhouettes, Livne White with his avant-garde & anti-bride aesthetic – each of our favorites stand out from one another thanks to their signature look. Limor Rosen, as seasons progress, has stood out to me as “couture for the cool bride” delivering plenty of sparkle and femininity on modern, edgier silhouettes.
Take Riley for example, an eye-catching upside-down v neck, this gown made in crepe would be radical. Thanks to soft, luxurious fabrics, a romantic train and dazzling geometric beading, the gown enters a whole new realm of “Princess of Cool”.
Some gowns, of course, are more romantic than others – you can see this comparing the two, stunning and creative off-the-shoulder gowns. Felicity is made with the coolest shimmering avant-garde fabric and clean geometric lines, making Felicity the more alternative dress. Logan, on the other hand, is embellished with petite flowers that fall through the train of the gown like cherry blossoms, making Logan the sweeter of the two gorgeous gowns.
The Couture collection is extremely elevated thanks to hand beading and luxe fabrics. The textiles are a wonder – floral stitched tulle with polka dots, shimmering silks & layered ruffles. Paired with creative designs, deep v's and high slits, it's the perfect marriage of romance and edge.
I asked Limor during our Warwick Hotel appointment who their biggest markets were these days, amongst the typical major cities was a smaller market, Seattle. “Oh, interesting!” I exclaimed, my obsession made sense – I must be the Limor Rosen archetype – an indie girl from the Northwest, with a sparkling, couture state of mind.
