When I caught a glimpse of this bride's vintage style, I just knew I had to share it with you all. Sarah and her husband, Tom, had a beautiful lavender and pink English country, vintage inspired wedding.

Here's just a few things to love about Sarah's bridal look:

The Hair & Make Up ~ Shiny and jet black with a perfectly coiffed vintage asymmetric roll. Flawless skin, thick black liner and lashes with a deep pink lip.

The Dress ~ I ADORE her dress, those off the shoulder, draped  tulle straps that tie at the back. Wow. {It reminds me a little of this Monique Lhuillier number.} The hint of lavender netting underneath is such an unexpected delight!

The Accessories ~ Simple and understated pearl stud earrings and a flower topped birdcage veil ~ she let the dress do the talking.

The Shoes ~ A gorgeous pair of Rachel Simpson beauties with pale purple nail polish.

The Flowers ~ Sarah and her bridesmaids had small posies of roses in a delicate palette of lavender and pink.

The Bridesmaids ~ The adults wore pretty, halter-neck dresses with a sweetheart neckline and the children looked adorable in white with oversized, lilac bows!

Absolutely gorgeous. And I think you'll agree, Tom looked suitably dapper too!

How fun is that last jaunty shot?!

From Sarah:

My wedding day was made perfect by so many little touches it's hard to know where to begin.  It was fantastic to have friends on hand who could help me with their specialised input and I knew that the people I'd chosen for makeup and alterations would do a fantastic job.  My makeup artist traveled to my house and was competitively priced, my fascinator and corsages were made with continual input from myself and I was really lucky to have Lizzie of Do It Momma take my photographs.

It's great to have a photographer you know, it helped to reduce my camera fright but I also know she'd be able to put anyone at ease.  If she hadn't been a friend beforehand I feel confident that she would have been by the end of it!  The standard family shots were out of the way without a fuss and we got on and enjoyed the rest of the day knowing she would be there to capture it all.

Thanks so much to Sarah and Tom for sharing their day and to Lizzie of Do It Momma for these beautiful photos. Check out the gallery of images on her site to see more of this chic and unique wedding.
