Modern Minimalistic Wedding Inspiration With Dried Florals

The concept at the heart of this editorial was to explore modern forms of minimalism, not only in the sense of a celebration of negative space and absence, but also through the intentional selection of meaningful details.

A fantastic team of suppliers came together in a new London venue to experiment with removing distractions – we used only dried flowers, we muted our colour palette and we played with the contrast of light and shadow.

As winter days are short and daylight scarce, we wanted to show the transition between a ceremony flooded with natural light, to a moodier and more dramatic evening reception, while still keeping the same subtle colours and design.

The idea was to create an inspirational set of images for the pared-back, design-led couple – for those who want to be true to their nature throughout their wedding and who value giving important moments room to breathe.
