I'm a big fan of {First Kiss Films} beautiful vintage 8mm & 16mm wedding films and have had the pleasure of featuring their work many times on Bridal Musings. So I'm thrilled to be able to share a wonderfully unique and special service/experience that they are now offering:

Infinite Films are custom-made 16mm film loop installations that screen handcrafted films about you. It’s an extraordinary viewing option for your personal and private screenings that not only showcases the beauty of your film, but the beauty of film itself. A unique focal point at any venue, whether it be your own backyard screening of a family film to a grand presentation at your wedding reception, your guests will be treated to a memorable viewing experience.

You and your guests can watch your special moments as captured by {First Kiss Films} flicker on-screen and see the film actually moving through a custom-built looping system…all the while the projector purrs that classic sound we all love.

Recent groom Ryan wanted to surprise his bride Sophie with a continuous 16mm film screening of their engagement film. She obviously knew we were making a film but we were able to keep the film loop installation a secret right up until their big day. Their Infinite Film was a surprise to Sophie and her 80 guests and was screened during the reception of their stunning garden wedding!

I've never seen anything like it and love the thought of everyone gathering around the garden or reception hall to watch the film and experience the process!

So sit back, relax and enjoy Sophie and Ryan's delightful engagement vintage film featuring their cute dogs and try to imagine how special it would be to watch it on a big screen, and see / hear the film rolls turning!

This service is perfect for couples looking for something different and unique that harks back to a bygone era.
