This editorial took place at an Airbnb that has recently converted into an elopement and micro wedding venue! They wanted to host a photo shoot to inspire future brides, and that’s where I came in! Tucked away amidst the Southern Green Mountains of Vermont, the setting is idyllic and peaceful.

The vendor team wanted nature to be at the forefront of the design, and we didn’t want to compete with the vibrant beauty of peak foliage season. Hence, the simple, yet impactful, decor and design elements. A handmade arbor with macrame, pink pampas grass, an oriental rug and dried bouquet/petals created a striking and bold ceremony space.

Handcrafted metal accessories by Lory Sun Artistry, a custom fringe jacket by Kate’s Calligraphy and badass white booties all contributed to the edgy bridal look Paris rocked. Disco balls, handmade vow books, Opal Milk earrings and velvet bouquet ribbon were small, luxe touches that really elevated the feeling of the day.

We ended the editorial with portraits at the nearby river, beers and cider doughnuts in front of the fire pit and a sultry dip in the hot tub.
