It's time to wrap up 2021, lovelies! When 2020 canceled & postponed so many plans, we were thrilled to see celebrations of love popping up around the globe in 2021. Many of your weddings & styled shoots we got to experience together on Instagram!

Whether it was found inspiration or our own real weddings & editorials that wound up on the Feed, 2021 was extravagant. Are you following us on Instagram? (Warning, do not follow if you dislike flowers and cake!)

Approaching the end of 2021, it’s so fun to reflect and see what we’ve vibing on, how our styles have changed, evolved, and checking that Instagram “saved” folder for all the best Insta finds of the year.

Clearly, you all are lusting for hues of blue, lavender, violet & lilac (and we are, too!) We're also extra proud to see that the most popular post of the year was from our groundbreaking & beautiful Gender-Fluid Wedding Inspiration published on the blog in January.

This week & next, we’ll be rounding up all the best wedding inspiration of 2021, so check back to see all of our ‘best-ofs’ here. Today, we thought we’d share the most liked posts on Instagram (can I give an extra vote for that live delphinium chandelier?!) Some inspiration was found from other fabulous vendors in our Feed. Other bits were sourced from our own editorial featured on the blog.

Our Most Popular Reel

This year, we amped up the Real Talk on Bridal Musings and our Instagram Reels got some serious attention for it. What was my favorite & your favorite Real Talk advice? Stop telling brides (& grooms) they'll regret things about their weddings.

Our Most Popular IGTV Video

During our downtime in quarantine, we learned some skills we wanted to share with you all! So, we started our DIY Your Wedding Flowers IGTV Series. The episodes included seasonal florals & expert tips that make even novice florists' creations seem totally pro. You loved the Spring arrangement above (and we loved this winery wedding-inspired tutorial, too!).

Our Most Popular Feed Videos

By a landside, our most-watched video of the year was this gorgeous this or that veil photo with over 80k views. We still can't decide which look we love more: opaque tulle or sheer pearls?

Fashion Editor Christina & I decided this year we needed to keep a running list of all the best wedding dresses currently on the market. We feel proud to see you loved Odylyne The Ceremony‘s Ruby gown just as much as we do.

Our Own Personal Favorites from Instagram

Finally, we couldn’t help but share our own personal favorite bits of inspiration from our top posts on Instagram this year. For us, 2021 was the year of flowers! With garden weddings trending, we looked to Instagram to find the most over-the-top & creative ways to incorporate more and more florals in every aspect of your wedding day. From floral canoes to cherry blossom trees, pressed floral signage to floral adorned staircases, we just can't get enough blooms this year.
