When I went to The Designer Wedding Show a few weeks ago, I must admit it was a little bit daunting as there were so many well established (not to mention fabulous!) wedding industry folk attending and exhibiting there. {Whereas Bridal Musings is barely out of it's pretty pink shell!}

One of my favourite exhibitors was Yarwood-White who have been designing and making beautiful wedding jewellery for chic brides (and their maids and mums) since 2003. The Yarwood White team and Alexis Daly , a make up artist and hair stylist in London who was helping out on the stand doing hair trials using the beautiful headpieces and accessories, were all very friendly and helpful and the stand looked incredible adorned with all the lovely, sparkly, pretty things!

It was a pleasure to meet Clare Yarwood-White (the founder herself) who was very lovely. She told me with such enthusiasm all about her beautiful ‘New Rose Collection'.

Clare explained how she'd noticed that some brides are starting to move away from the silvery, sparkly, diamante vintage headpieces and moving towards a more relaxed, boho look. Therefore, Yarwood White designed and created a fabulous new collection especially for brides looking for a softer, more romantic, vintage look.

Vintage is still a huge trend in wedding jewellery, but this year it softens, with rose, oyster and peach colour palettes taking over from diamante. 2011 Brides will be taking their inspiration for dresses, hair and accessories from the fresh-faced, perfectly groomed ballerina.

New Rose Cluster Earrings £85

The New Rose Collection includes charm bracelets, cuffs, rope necklaces and pendants, delicate earrings, and chandeliers. There is a wide choice of hair jewellery from decorative pins and side tiaras to more bohemian hairbands and forehead chains, all very on trend for this season’s bride…fashion forward brides cannot get enough of the delicate bohemian-style forehead bands and chains!

Clare also mentioned that a range of their Yarwood-White jewellery and hair accessories, designed to complement the Claire Pettibone Bridal Couture gowns, are now available in the Claire Pettibone Flagship boutique in Beverly Hills. How exciting!

Just imagine one of these gorgeous dresses…

However if you're on the hunt for bridal, mother of the bride or even honeymoon jewellery and accessories, I suggest you check out the rest of the collections on the Yarwood-White website too as there is such a HUGE range of beautiful jewellery and accessories!
