Well today, Reshmi of Anges De Sucre, is kindly sharing her recipe for a zingy cocktail all the way from Sicily – The Sicilian Sour.
It’s the perfect cocktail for a summer wedding (picturesque Italian island location optional).
Sicilian Sour Cocktail Recipe by Anges de Sucre
20ml premium vodka
Juice of ½ a lemon
Sugar syrup (or gomme) to taste
A dash of organic egg white (to create a little froth)
Organic edible flowers
1. Muddle the strawberries, lemon juice, vodka lemoncello and sugar syrup together in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the dash of egg white and shake vigourously.
3. Strain the contents into a chilled martini glass and garnish with some edible pansies or halved strawberries.
Sounds refreshing doesn’t it?!
