Hello from Bermuda!

It's breathtakingly beautiful here – so green and lush with pretty pink sand beaches but, I must confess, all this travelling has taken it's toll and I've come down with a nasty bout of the flu.

It's a form of torture to be in Paradise but stuck indoors, coughing under covers! C'est la vie.

I do hope you're all having a lovely start to your week – Rose of Rose and Ruby Paper Co is here to ensure that you do with this lilac garden party wedding inspiration board.

This palette is full of classically pretty tones, but looks equally chic against a backdrop of bridal white. It’s a gorgeous palette for spring and is fab against a city backdrop or urban setting.

 Styling Tips

– Lilacs are gorgeous and set the tone for the palette teamed with lots pretty blossoms. Try also adding hints of heather and baby’s breath for a really pretty ethereal feel.

– Miss-matched china works really well in these colours and is a fab detail for your table settings.

– Giant balloons are so much fun, especially dressed up with pretty streamers and tassels – a great backdrop for your ceremony space or for photos.

– Finish the look with a chic and classic dress, not too fussy, with timeless and classic detailing.
