The DIY clothespin Boutonniere

Yes, the humble clothespin just got a make over!

The DIY Clothespin Tutorial:

~ This fun twist on the traditional boutonniere can easily be crafted for all of your groomsmen. We chose to go green for this one and picked flowers straight from our gardens but you can just as easily get flowers from your local florist.

~ Simply attach the flowers to the top section of the clothespin with a bit of electrical tape and then wrap it in decorative ribbon to match your color palette and end with a nice bow.

~ These can be made a day in advance but remember to store in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. Then, simply clip the clothespin on the lapel of your gentlemen and TA-DA! Your very own clothespin boutonniere.

Anyone who's ever tried to pin a traditional boutonniere onto a lapel knows just how fiddly it can be ~ this makes life so much easier! Such a simple, budget friendly DIY. See the full tutorial here.
