One might say we have a wedding cake obsession, if you’ve seen our Instagram feed lately you’ll find more cake & dessert inspiration than one might ever need (did you see our 28 summer wedding cakes list?!) So when Cipriano Palmer Photography sent us this whimsical blue inspiration filled with creative cakes and desserts, we knew it was for us.
Even for the non-traditional gal like myself, it was fun to buy into the ‘Something Blue’ rule – we’ve shared so many ideas over the decade from blue shoes (that’s me!), bridal parties, even wedding dresses, and of course we can always get on board with the blue wedding cake. Toronto’s Little Sweetie created these three confectionary masterpieces featuring delicate frosting florals, elegant marble design & even a mini croquembouche topper.
The talented team behind this inspiration moved beyond just cakes & desserts for their blue themed inspiration splashing dusty blue hues across feminine stationery, pretty bridal shoes, mini florals, textiles & decor.
Finally, we’re jiving on the wedding meringue trend lately, and we only wish we could taste the ones featured here – our beloved blueberry, so sweet!
