This year we celebrated the takeover of colorful wedding dresses as blush gowns turned mainstream, blue ditties left us in a sea of wonder and lavender gowns made their grand entrance at Bridal Fashion Week.

Embellishments included pearls, pearls and more pearls and two-piece wedding dresses gifted the brides who can't quite decide a multitude of wedding-day looks.

Our own writer bride Christina stunned in a sexy, rock and roll gown by Alexandra Grecco (and we're still sobbing about it).
