Good morning,
I can honestly say that I LOVE every single wedding I've featured on Bridal Musings but this has to be one of my favourites to date. It's just so darn chic and unique. Also, I've been dying to feature a wedding with a bride wearing this Justin Alexander tulle dream of a wedding dress! If you missed Part 1, I suggest you check it out.
Alejandro and Lauren's beautiful wedding continues with their fun filled wedding reception where there was good food, a polka dot wedding cake, pretty peach flowers and some serious shapes being thrown on the dancefloor!
The Refreshments: I hear the food, drinks, & cake were delicious!! The only thing I had at my wedding was a glass of champagne, a bite of cake (during the cake cutting), and a glass of water!
Wedding Music: Our first dance was the first dance we ever danced together to: Etta James- At Last. DJ GAZA ~ Gary was amazing and helped make our wedding perfect! We had so many different genres of music and he flowed everything together seamlessly. Everyone was dancing the entire time! We still have friends and family calling to say how great the music was!
Photography &/Videography: I really love Brooke Courtney Photography‘s style. It is just so real- nothing feels posed or stiff. They just captured our day so well. We got all of our shots done before the cocktail hour so that we were able to enjoy all of that time with our guests and dance during the ENTIRE reception!! It was the best! And they were perfect and we couldn't have made a better choice.
Got any advice for other brides/couples?
Try to relax and enjoy every second of that day! It goes by so fast!!
Just let go of all the stress and planning – things are going to go wrong – & probably serve as the best memories.. our priest forgot to say “kiss the bride” so we didn't know what to do and we were turning to go out and my dad came out into the aisle and said “KISS THE BRIDE!!” and it is now one of the best memories of the day.
Don't you just love that?! Good old Dad to the rescue!
