A meeting of the minds of photographer Jackie Tara Studios & florist Old Time Feeling proves that with heaps of talent you really just need pretty flowers, an eye for good fashion & photos to put together some fetching bridal inspiration.

While the setting of this low-key editorial may be casual – a vintage-furnished floral studio of sorts – we can absolutely see any of our quirky-cool brides frolicking through their forest elopements in these heirloom bridal outfits.

Extra points for the florals & fashion delivering our favorite wedding color palette of the moment: sunny yellows & lilac purple. Delightfully fun & zany too boot, the color choices throughout this shoot leaves us smiling ear to ear.

Kelsey, of Old Time Feeling, and I recently brought to life a feminine, Parisienne-inspired bridal editorial.

We wanted to create something soft and ethereal, but colorful and bright to highlight the happy blooms of early spring. Our beautiful model, Gina, made the vintage dresses look effortlessly chic, sipping her champagne and listening to records as she ‘leisurely prepped for her wedding day.’

Every bride should be free to feel incredibly decadent and frivolous on their wedding day, slowly enjoying the late morning sun on their cheeks and the beauty of a whimsical bouquet at their fingertips.
