Erm…is it just me or did January positively fly by?!
Let's get February off to a fabulous start with a sweet love story and some utterly gorgeous photos…
Abby, one part of loved up couple Joe and Abby, shares a little about how they met:
4 years ago my friend invited me to a cafe ~ when I walked in me and my friend looked around and I saw Joe playing bass in the band that was playing that night. Cutest guy in the room. After they were done we started talking and then my friend and I left. He tracked me down online through friends and emailed me. His exact words were:
“Hey so it was really cool to meet you at Awakenings last week and I hope that you come back for the next meeting, I was thinking, we could write to each other back and forth on this for the next 4 years, but I was thinking I would like to call you instead. If you want you should send me back your number so I can call you, and you can see how charming and funny I can really be, ha, that or how annoying and dumb. Either way it will be entertaining I promise.”
After hearing that I thought he was a confident man, but also had a good sense of humor, so I sent my number back. The rest is history!
He is the one that fits me. We are so different that it makes us learn to love each other more each day. It also helps us learn to love others. Oh and his smile always makes me melt!
Simply beautiful. And how sweet that Abby still has Joe's first ever email!
