So we all know that photobooths go down a hit with guests at weddings…
…not to mention the bride and groom!
But what about video message booths, complete with props? Guests are provided with pens and cardboard signs {or chalk boards/dry wipeboards} and share their thoughts through their words and…ahem, dancing skills!
This super 8 mm film shot by Hello Super 8 went down very well indeed!

I think there is something special about photobooths, in that a series of still images can capture moments in such a way that a video can't. And the argument works vice versa ~ videography is a very important part of weddings which can bring all those subtle moments, looks and smiles back. With the added bonus of music!
I don't think a video booth could replace the classic charm of a photoboot but it could be a fun new must have addition to the photobooth!
Who wouldn't want to relive Grandma shimmying around the message booth with a mustache and uncle Charlie bopping along to the music in giant sunglasses?
